Welcome to IntentionalSpend. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IntentionalSpendweb application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

IntentionalSpend is a web-based, zero-based budgeting application designed for people with variable or irregular incomes. You manually enter your income and expenses; the Service does not connect to your bank accounts and does not import transactions on your behalf. The Service is currently provided as a web application accessible through a browser.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Authentication is handled by our identity provider, and you agree to provide accurate information when registering. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the budgeting information you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us. Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice.

6. Not Financial Advice

IntentionalSpend is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. The Service does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make using information from the Service.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntentionalSpend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
